The region of Prignitz lies at the North Western tip of Brandenburg state. The area was once crossed by many railway lines, many of which are closed today.
This DVD contains archive footage from when Schienenbus railcars were a common sight on the rural lines of the area. Also includes some footage of Plandampf events which were held during the final years before closure of some of the area's lines.
